SOTC wins 2016 Working Mother & AVTAR 100 Best Companies for Women in India
 
SOTC is among the 2016 Working Mother & AVTAR 100 Best Companies for women in India which covered key demographics related to a company’s workforce, practices, and policies that organizations have in place to attract, engage, retain and develop women professionals.

Over 350 companies expressed interest in being part of this edition of the 100 Best Companies for Women. The applications spanned every major industry, geographical location and line of business. AVTAR employed a robust data-protected analytics tool that took into account multiple aspects of the application.

The 2016 Working Mother and AVTAR 100 Best Companies is an extensive research driven process which includes application with more than 400 questions on leave policies, workforce representation, benefits, childcare, development programs, flexibility policies and more. It surveys the availability and usage of programs, as well as the accountability of managers who oversee them. In selecting this year’s winning companies, particular weight was given to representation of women and advancement programs.

On winning this award Nishant Kolgaonkar, Head HR SOTC said, “We are extremely proud to win this award. SOTC wins the Marriott Excellence in Partnership Award
 
SOTC won the Marriott Excellence in Partnership Award to SOTC under the Leisure Category for its overall performance with Marriott global hotels on Saturday, December 10, at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar.

The award was presented to SOTC over an entertaining evening that celebrated the company's success and partnership with Marriott global hotels.

Speaking on the recent accolade, Vishal Suri, Managing Director, SOTC said, "We are very pleased to be awarded the Marriott Excellence in Partnership Award. We are very proud of our partnership with Marriott global hotels. The award recognizes our collaborative efforts in creating distinct holiday experiences for our customers".
