SOTC Travel is a homegrown omnichannel travel and tourism company, leading across various travel segments including Leisure Travel, MICE Travel (Meetings Incentives Conferences & Events) and Business Travel.
Established in 1949, SOTC has been a trusted companion for millions of Indians for 75 years, curating unforgettable holidays for our customers, across destinations around the world. Our diverse spectrum of travel services are revolutionizing vacationing, and elevating each journey with unparalleled experiences. Our accelerated Digital First strategy empowers customers with a range of digital tools including our AI enabled chatbot (SOTC EZY), Corporate Self-Booking Tools, Leisure and MICE Self-Service Apps. Our omnichannel model offers customers both choice and convenience: the option of choosing a preferred holiday from our website with over 1500 bookable products, speak to our call centres for clarifications, walk into a nearby store to consult with a holiday expert or a combination of all channels. Our innovative QR-enabled Live Video Connect platform seamlessly connects customers directly with holiday experts via a video call and chat, without having to download any added apps or software. Further, we have launched our website in three regional languages - Hindi, Gujarati and Tamil to enhance our regional connect by offering customers their language of choice as a content interface.
Leisure Travel
SOTC has been at the forefront of developing organized leisure travel within both - Outbound and Domestic sectors. Our leisure segment features a diverse portfolio, including escorted group tours, customised holidays, luxury holidays, rail and cruise trips, spiritual journeys, regional tours focused on viable segments including multigenerational families, Young India’s Gen Z and millennials/young professionals, couples/honeymooners/DINKS, solo travellers and Gen S/seniors. We were the first travel Company to introduce Group Tours focused on catering to the distinct preferences of our Country’s regional communities with unique products, including SOTC Brahman Mandal for customers in Maharashtra, SOTC Gurjar Vishwadarshan for customers in Gujarat, and more.
SOTC has an extensive pan-India retail network of over 110 outlets (owned, franchise and partners) across 80 cities, this includes metros, mini-metros and Regional India’s tier 2 and 3 cities. To increase accessibility, SOTC also pioneered the concept of one-day road shows - Holiday Bazaars across key source markets.

Our dedicated team of over 100 professionals across India specializes in delivering cutting edge programs for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events (MICE). Our unwavering customer focus, coupled with an extensive national presence, has consistently positioned us as market leaders in the MICE segment of outbound and domestic travel.
We have managed multiple mega groups of over 1000 – 5000 customers each, across sectors inclusive of BFSI, Insurance, Banking, FMEG, FMCG, Cement, Paints, Lifestyle, Construction, Pharma, Agriculture, Automobile and more to various destinations in India and across the world.
Digitization is the future of incentive travel, and our reimagined strategy focuses on leveraging technology to deliver seamless, scalable, secure solutions to our customers. Our first of its kind new-age MICE customer self-service app ‘SOTC Connect’ empowers our customers to conveniently share their preferences and input necessary data like visa documentation, the app then updates real-time information and proactive updates thus ensuring that customers have all necessary details at their fingertips.

SOTC’s Business Travel segment has firmly established itself as the expert in the sector. For our digitally forward business travellers, we have deployed global top of the line self-service booking tools like Zillious, EVA, Happay, Concur, while giving the corporate the option to choose - basis their unique needs. All our online booking tools are embedded with respective corporate travel policies, approval matrices and MIS/reports with integration to our centralized mid office system towards smooth workflows.
